Cohort Leads are also expected to schedule an individual check-in meeting with each participant in their cohort at least once per semester, ideally at the mid-point of the semester. The purpose of these check-in meetings is to discuss the individual's progress in the program and what additional resources or support the individual may need to complete the program. These meetings could also be used to address any concerns or issues that may have come up during the semester or to solicit feedback about how things are going overall. The check-in meetings may range between 15 to 30 minutes.
